We work differently from most travel sites. No personal holiday stories, no sponsored reviews dressed up as advice, no AI-spun filler. Just facts you can trace back to where they came from.
Our method
How we work
Sourced, not invented. Every figure traces to a primary source. Weather normals come from AEMET, Spain’s national meteorological agency. Bus routes and fares are checked against TITSA, the island’s public transport operator. Beach data is verified against Blue Flag listings and the Cabildo de Tenerife. Dive credentials run through PADI, hotel details come from the operators themselves, and permit and licensing facts are pulled from public records. Where we state a fact, we can show where it came from.
Updated, not abandoned. Travel data goes stale fast. We review and refresh pages on a regular cycle, and volatile figures like prices and timetables carry a “checked” date so you can see exactly how current they are.
Independent. Our recommendations follow the data, not who pays us. Where a link earns a commission, it never changes which option we show you or the order we show it in.
