Under 8: Loro Parque, Aqualand, Playa de Las Vistas, Submarine Safaris. 8–12: Siam Park, dolphin catamarans, Forestal Park treetop adventure, Teide cable car. Teens: kayak with turtles in El Puertito, surf lessons in Las Américas, jet-ski safaris, stargazing tours.
Costa Adeje (Playa Fañabé, walkable to Siam Park) and Los Cristianos (huge accessible beach, lots of family-priced hotels) are the easiest starting points.
Spanish lunch service is late (1–4pm) — pack a snack. Tenerife is car-seat-friendly; pre-book seats with your rental. Pharmacies stock most international baby supplies.
